Have a little champion to feed?

It's back to school time...

We found this article about HEALTHY EATING FOR YOUNG ATHLETES and it's no wonder that it mentions FISH as one of the first super foods:

''Fish is one of the foods a child can eat that is good for him and for his growth as an athlete. Fish is a viable source of protein and omega-three fatty acids, which can help keep down inflammation in injuries experienced by children athletes.''
