Omega 3 Benefits I.

Fish is known to be a great source of Omega-3 fats. Omega-3 is thought to work by:

- lowering bad cholesterol and other fats, while simultaneously raising good cholesterol levels.
- reducing the clogging up of coronary arteries
- encouraging a regular heart rhythm
- reducing blood pressure
