Back to basics - How to make a perfect salad? Power it up with some protein!


There's nothing more satisfying than a nice salad. Healthy greens, mix of crunchy and colourful vegetables, essential proteins (think fish - prawns / salmon / tuna / mackerel) and a bit of dressing on the top - the possibilities are endless!
