Antonio Carluccio: 'Things are done a certain way for a reason.'


When asked about a secret food ingredient he loves, Antonio Carluccio admits it's anchovies as they add salty goodness to everything.

He also loves risottos (apparently, a plate of steaming risotto topped with freshly-shaven white truffle, is the real deal).
