Where to view and download Cappo Seafood Christmas Order Form
1) You can visit http://capposeafood.com.au and find in the right side column the link (.pdf).
2) Click on this link: http://capposeafood.com.au/images/cappo/pdf/xmas-2013-orderform-cappo.pdf - the .pdf form should open in a new window (you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open .pdf file). Then you go to menu / print (select your printer), and fill in printed form.

Orders must be placed prior to Friday 20th December 2013
All products subject to availability. Minimum order value of $150. $40 deposit required for all orders – non refundable. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
EFTPOS and Cash. Prices of some fresh seafood are subject to market variation. All orders are packed on 23rd December and kept chilled until collection. All orders to be collected from 16 Glen Osmond Road, Parkside by 12 noon, 24th December 2013 only
